Make Inclusion Work

Investors in Tradeswomen

More and more companies are working towards inclusion and diversity within their organisations. Let us help your company improve diversity by becoming an Investor in Tradeswomen

Become an Investor in Tradeswomen

It couldn’t be easier, and your support will enable the RTW to continue working behind the scenes and on the front line, passing more opportunities for women to get into the trades and working alongside women’s organisations to empower survivors of abuse to train in trades.

Please consider making an annual commitment to become one of our

Investors in Tradeswomen.

As well as displaying this logo for your website and regular updates on how your investment is providing support for women in the trades industry, you will benefit by having our expertise shared directly with your teams on the board and on the ground.

As well as this, you will be granted a free place at the annual Women Installers Together Conference, where you can gain further insights, meet and talk with tradeswomen and share best practices with other like minded companies.

If you are a company please contact us for more details. Please use Investors in Tradeswomen in the subject line.

The first 3 named Investors in

Tradeswomen are Vaillant UK,

We are proud to be supported by

The National Federation of Builders

The National Federation of Builders is making history by creating the worlds first list of Top 100 Most Influential Women in Construction and they have named The Register of Tradeswomen as their nominated charity partner.

This year marks the start of real change for the Industry, aimed at showcasing women in the sector in order to make female  role models more visible and accessible.

These nominations help to shine a light on those that are working to support Equality, Diversity, Inclusion and Equity across the Industry through their actions and support of others.

Hot on the heels of the RTW receiving an industry award from Cowgills for Advocating Inclusion in the Industry, and the launch of our very own Investors in Tradeswomen Scheme, this really shows the industry is making a stand for women and recognising our vital and much needed contribution.
